The closest property to the MAC. Single/double occupancy with kitchens, queen $99, deluxe queen $119. Please note: no early checkout! This is a hotel for players planning to stay through the whole tournament. A number of players are in here already.

University Place Hotel & Conference Center

Negotiations are underway with this property right on the transit system south of downtown. Book now (some already have) at the $129 rate, then re-book at the event rate in December. There's no penalty for this strategy.
